Preeclampsia question

Ok so I developed preeclampsia with my first pregnancy at 37 weeks. I’m 32 weeks with my second and last night I had a rapid heartbeat for about 10 mins and I couldn’t hardly breathe and started to see flashing lights. That went away so I took my blood pressure and it was 160/90 so I called the on call doctor and she didn’t seem concerned at all. I’ve also been having right shoulder pain since I woke up this morning. Should I call again or should I just wait till friday when I have my appointment? Tia
