Could I be pregnant

So to start off my body has always been insanely weird for some reason like I’ve never had a normal cycle have had random infections and other things wrong to the point it’s normal for me to feel weird things in my body but to me most of them are normal but the last two weeks has been different like I can feel my body changing weird pulling on my lower stomach that doesn’t go away I’ve had heartburn which I didn’t even know what heartburn felt like stomach ache abnormal nausea always hungry sickly and freaking emotional and tired. If I calculate my math right I could possibly be four weeks since conceiving (I think it’s called something else) I took two tests this morning and the first one looked like it could possibly be showing a line but I think I might be seeing it in my head am I going crazy or am I pregnant
