Anybody in a Military relationships? Advice? Hellp me 🥺

Have anyone been in or already in a military relationship? Because I’m seriously dating someone who’s in the military and I’m a senior in college... he’s on his first deployment in UAE (United Arab Emirates) which last for like 8/9 months ... he comes back home in May of next year 🤦🏾‍♂️ we are 3 months in and mannnn this hard!! You gotta be strong to endure something like thiss!!! Because y’all... it’s not easy... but I know when we see each other’s it’s gonna be AMAZING!! Cause we miss each other dearly! He’s always uplifting me, telling me to be strong with him and that he see great things ahead for us both! And I just love it 🥰 it’s just the process of being so far apart and all he have is FaceTime and verbal communication 😕🤷🏾‍♂️ then I also think about special days that I won’t get the chance to spend with him like my birthday is coming up in November, thanksgivings, Christmas, New Years!!! And all these events I wanna spend with him 😭 and who’s to say when we get married and have kids and he gets deployed AGAIN and I’m home with the kids and he misses out on all those special moments 😭😭😭 like that’s the type of stuff you think about and it’s much more... anybody help on how y’all ladies do it? How y’all make it work and lasttt! I’m one who lovesssss attention from my man and Everything but I know I not gone be able to receive when I want it by him being gone for MONTHS!! 🥺 help?
