YEAST INFEC??? BACTERIAL INFECT??

Hi! A little backstory of myself, I have a history of tending to get UTIs easily. I try to avoid them by peeing before and after sex, I drink alot of water everyday and take Cranberry pills every time I have sex but somehow I manage to still get it. They did go away, went to the doctor and gave me medication and blah blah. But last week, I was feeling kind of odd down there. I had extra discharger, it would itch and a little of burning. The next day I went to the obgyn got blood work done and all that stuff. They prescribed me a cream and antibiotics (metronidazole) to be exact. The itching has gone away and burning a little but sometimes when my vulva touches my underwear it feels super weird as if it was swollen. The discharger is still there, I shower and in a few hours there’s discharge again. I finished all my prescribed antibiotics but I feel like there’s still something wrong. I’ve been researching and “yeast infection” pops up.

Btw, it’s not an STD. I’m in a relationship and since that started happening he had been gone for 2-3 weeks to work upstate. 😊

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT COULD BE A YEAST INFECTION? OR had anything similar to it? It would be great of help.
