I need encouragement

I have been using the cross cradle hold for my babys entire life.. almost a month. She can latch great on the left but not the right. We failed at sidelying and I know I need to try the football hold on the right to see if that helps her latch.

We tried using a nipple shield and it made it 100x more painful.

I would definitely hire a lactation consultant BUT none of them will see me in person in my area so that's not helpful. If I'm paying for help I want hands on help! Not a dang phone call or video appointment... i only have 2 hands!

I just need encouragement yall. Idk what my hold up is honestly.
