Should I be upset ?!

Hello girlies ! 😁 advice needed please.

While I was pregnant from Jan-September this year, my boyfriend & his aunt have wanted me to meet his other side of the family which live 3 hours away from our city. I always said no because obviously nausea, I had severe back pain and couldn’t stand being in a car ride ! Plus Covid played a huge factor that I didn’t want to be playing around with my health. I feel like she held that against me that I never went to meet that side of the family. So now that I gave birth in September, I saw on his phone that she asked if we will be bringing the baby to meet the family and my boyfriend said that “We’ll see” and her response was “Why? Are you not allowed ?🙄” I took that as a very shady comment towards me, indicating that I control my boyfriend. During my whole pregnancy I always told my boyfriend if he wanted to go upstate he could and I would stay with my parents and of course having common courtesy he never went because I was pregnant. I feel like she hates that he now has a new family and that she no longer can have him just drop everything and leave to attend things. Let me know if that comment was super shady towards me or am I overreacting 😆 thank you !
