Sahm Friend Is Mad At Me

So my friend is a SAHM and she called me saying how much of a bad friend I am and that I've abandoned her like everyone else. Like oh my god! My husband's job completely shut down because of COVID and he lost his insurance and is off his medication because of it. I am having to pull the weight with a supermarket shitty Walmart job. We have children. My husband is pulling weight at home but his depressed because he can't find another job and we can't afford his antidepressants and bipolar medication. My kids are upset that daddy is always sad. I have a lot going on rn. I tried explaining this to her but she says I'm just making excuses! I'm worried about how we are gonna pay our bills, I'm worried about my husband's mental health that is getting worse everyday. I dont even talk to anyone. It's not like I'm avoiding her. I explain everything and she's still upset with me! Like idk what the fuck to do. I'm so stressed out and now I'm being called a bad friend!
