kissing your baby/kids on the lips ??

I’ve seen post of parents kissing their kids on the lips, what do you think about this? i’m curious to see your opinions on this topic.

some of my friends parents still kiss them on the lips and they’re adults now. (my moms friend kisses her on the lips)

i’m also just asking because i’ve seen celebrities get attacked for doing so. like David Beckham kissing his daughter on the lips.

my ex (baby’s father) finds it nasty to kiss my daughter on the lips, she kisses me when she feels like it so i allow it. when she doesn’t i give her a cheek kiss or forehead. it’s nothing sexual so i don’t find it weird.
