interstitial cystitis and moving living with spouse

So I have interstitial cystitis which is like a uti that never goes a way. So I literally have to pee every 2-3 hours. I’m getting married soon and I’m afraid that when my fiancé and I move in together and he try’s to go to sleep at night that I will constantly keep him up because of me having to pee so much. He knows about it but he don’t know how bad it is. When I’m stressed it’s more like every hour. I’ve been to the doctor and had 2 surgeries and meds. The problem is only fixed temporarily. I’m honestly afraid it will ruin things. Any advice ?
