Lumps in my chest

I have a lump above my left breast and another one in the lower middle section of my chest. I noticed the one in the middle of my chest last year sometime and didn't think too much of it I assumed it was going to go away, and I just discovered the other one recently. Also only the lump in the middle of my chest hurts but when I apply pressure. Does anyone know what this is? I am planning on getting it checked, I'm just scared it's something bad trying not to overthink things.
