I got approved

I’ve been trying to move for the longest but just couldn’t find something in my budget. I applied for an apartment last month and I got a call that I got approved! I’m super excited it’s my first apartment ..I’ve been moving in faith purchasing things prior to knowing if I’m approved. mattress, couch, kitchen supplies, bathroom set.

My move in date is scheduled for NOV12.. The person moves out Oct 31. I haven’t received a welcome letter though.. is that once i signed the lease or what? I preleased it.
