Bleeding after sex and ovarian pain

Hey guys. So I went to the ER for extreme pelvic pain and we discovered my ovary was the source of the pain, but all they did was ultrasound and CT scan, no pelvic exam. Ive been having this pain off and on. I've recently been bleeding after sex as well, which is very unusual for me. I dont have insurance and I've been with the same partner for a year, I know he's not sleeping with anyone else. Im just wondering if anyone has any idea what could be happening. I am going to make an appointment at a free clinic. Im just worried and wondering if anyone has any advice or ideas. Thank you
