Pain right side of abdomen

I’m not usually one to worry about pain, but the last few days I’ve had nagging pain on my right side.

Then today I had like a stabbing pain near my belly button, then later on pain down the very side on my right side.

It disappeared so I thought maybe muscular, now it’s radiating.

It’s not super painful. But it’s there. I’ve got IBS so sometimes I get burning sensation but this is pain.

I haven’t been heaps hungry today either

I know appendicitis’s comes in suddenly and is super painful but has anyone had it appear gradually I’m getting a little concerned.

No fever or anything either
