Anatomy scan Measuring smaller?

So I went to my anatomy scan and i was supposed to be 19w and 3 d. And baby measured around 18 and 3w. Kind of the same when i was supposed to be 6 but i was 5. She said she couldn’t completely run the whole ultrasound because baby was small still. Is this concerning?? Anyone had this happen? I am so worried😟

My ultrasound tech said that the farther along in pregnancy you get the harder it is for them to get the correct measurements and there will be changes. But they don’t worry unless it is super off. So you probably are 19 weeks and 3 day just the ultrasound isn’t always right. Don’t worry! Sometimes they can’t see the anatomy due to the way the baby is positioned as well.

I’m 29 weeks measuring 30 but my ultrasound tech said they don’t worry about size unless they’re measuring 2 weeks behind or 2 weeks ahead

I’m not sure but that’s why my doctor waits until 20 weeks to do any anatomy scans.
