On my period for 120 days now

Idk what to do. I don’t have insurance. I don’t have money. The planned parenthood nearby got shut down. Went to the hospital for passing a blood clot the size of an apple. They checked to make sure I didn’t lose too much blood and sent me home, said there wasn’t anything they could do because they’re not OBGYN specialists. Billed me $1000. The bleeding won’t stop, every time I think it’s going to go away, it just comes back, intensely heavy, filling multiple pads, spilling out of me.
