Heartbroken (TW miscarriage)

My best friend found out she was pregnant less than a month after me. We estimated we were probably 4-5 weeks apart. This would be her second child and we were both so excited. I’m now almost 14 weeks, and she had her first appointment today finally. Her OB is not allowing support people so she had to go alone. Heartbreakingly, they discovered that the baby didn’t make it. I’m so beyond sad for her and her family, I can’t imagine how devastated she is and how hard that news must be to get at all, let alone while being completely alone. I’m going to drop some flowers by her house and I’ve already purchased a subtle memorial bracelet for her since she wasn’t public yet, but I want to do more. Does anyone have suggestions of what I could do to help her through this?

I also understand she may need space from me as I am still pregnant that may be too much for her to handle and think about. I’m just so crushed and sad for her and want to do all I can to help. 💔💔
