Cervix feels different

Okay so my husband and I have been trying to conceive. I check my cervix probably about once a week. Well this time I was checking my cervix and I’m getting ready to start my period so my cervix is very low. So I could feel my cervix very well. I noticed there is a pea size hard lump on my cervix opening so I began to inspect even further. I noticed another lump. Then I noticed that the opening to my cervix isn’t smooth all the way around. Part of my cervix is rough and raised up higher than the smooth part. I’m not sure how long it has been like this. I had a baby 6 months ago. Is this normal or possibly cervical cancer?
