What is your guys take on it?

So the other day my parents were on the topic of sex and what not and my mom literally said she has sex even when she’s not in the mood for it she said she just does every night just because my dad is in the mood even when she’s not so is that normal to just have sex even tho you’re not in the mood for it or does it just vary on the couple 🤔

( I just think people think that you have to do that to always please the guy my ex always did that to me and I thought it was love but I was young and stupid and when I got out of that toxic relationship and realized my current boyfriend doesn’t pressure me into that and (my Parents begged me to leave my toxic ex for it ) yet my mom always does it for my dad ) it just confuses me 🤷‍♀️
