Transition to crib :(

I need help asap. My beautiful little girl will be 7 months old on the 29th and she still sleeps in our room. The past 2 weeks I've really worked on her sleeping flat and for the past 2 nights I've been successful. But now I think she's ready for her crib but I'm not. I cry when I think about her being in another room and not right beside me.... what do I do ?
