Just a little frustrated....

So I’ve struggled with low progesterone for a while until i started taking letrozole 3 cycles ago. I started at 2.5mg then went to 5 mg and the last cycle i did 7.5mg. I recently as of earlier this week got faint lines in a couple first responders test and now just as of today i got a faint line on clear blue pink dye test. Over the week the lines have only gotten the slightest bit more visible.

My period was to be due either oct. 21,22 and never came but i did have some brown discharge for a couple of hours at night an that was about it.

I am not sure if my body will return to the low progesterone phase since i wouldn’t take the letrozole anymore due to possible pregnancy. And now I’m even questioning if the faint lines were some type of mistake. I don’t want to get my hopes up because I’ve been really trying for this baby for a long time. But i don’t want to sit back, wait and do nothing while i see how my body takes of this especially if i can do something about it to prevent possible miscarriage or help raise my Hgc levels.

I’m just looking for advice or answers from anyone that can help.

I feel like I’m driving myself crazy i just want this to be it and not sure if it is or isn’t 😩
