Considering TTC but Taking Psych Meds

Hi ladies!

I am considering starting TTC soon, but I’m a bit nervous because I am on medications for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sleep. I am currently on Escitalopram (30mg), Lamotrigine (200mg), Adderall (20mg), and Trazodone (200mg). I’m sure that I will need to stop some (if not all) of these medications once I become pregnant or start TTC.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Did you switch meds, or go off entirely?

What were those effects like?

Does anyone know the effects of these meds on pregnancy?
