So I have acne and have never had it except for periods and pregnancy not on my period they're irregular anyways

Ok so I have acne all of a sudden, I'm 32 never have had a problem with acne ever, the only time I've had a mild breakout is my periods and pregnancy, I have irregular periods, but I had my last period October 2nd was the start the 5th was bvb the last day, so idk WTH is going on, we have been TTC for 3 years now and havent even had a chemical pregnancy. I am waiting on this virus to end to go see a specialist. But anyways what does everyone believe is going on and btw my acne is usually moderate during a pregnancy, and mild during periods, right now it's moderate.
