Exercise during pregnancy?

Hi all. I’m just doing some light yoga lately - nothing too taxing - but would like to do more exercise to keep fit. I used to do les mills classes like body pump and body balance/flow but stopped early September all “heavy” exercising as I did ivf and was concerned (also didn’t want to be in contact with people at the gym because if I caught Covid during ivf they’d cancel my treatment). Because of IVF I’m scared that exercise may trigger miscarriage for some reason. What types of exercise are you currently doing?
