Strudel dough?

I want to make a gluten and dairy free apple strudel. I am finding some recipes that are just weird or not dairy free. Can I make a strudel using a basic dairy and gluten free pie dough? Just roll it thinner? Or does someone have any they use that are dairy and gluten free?

It’s literally that thick water from a can of chickpeas, super easy to bake with as far as substitutions and a really cheap egg alternative that acts molecularly like eggs, no more using applesauce or banana as a binder in cookies, if your looking for dairy free options this is a key trick that you don’t know about when it comes to baking. Ever had a dairy free meringue or macaron? I’ve used the recipes from minimalist baker and it was awesome!!! I haven’t made my own aquafaba from scratch because well it’s just so easy and cheap to buy a can of chickpeas and then I throw the ‘leftover’ chickpeas in the food processor with a dash of olive oil n some spices for a fresh hummus or drop them on a salad 😋
