Leaking fluid or is it incontinence?

I’m 21 weeks pregnant. Have history of 2 preterm premature rupture of membranes. Lately I have been experiencing leaking.. but I’m not sure from where. I can be standing still, and feel dribbles. Or sitting on my couch and feel water come out. Its hard to tell where it’s coming from and I’m paranoid I’m leaking amniotic fluid. No bleeding or anything that would be cause for concern. Baby is still moving like crazy. I’ve never experienced incontinence so I don’t know what it feels like. And it literally has no smell so I can’t tell if it’s pee or not. I told my dr last week as this has been happening for about 2 weeks now and she said that it’s most likely pee and it’s nothing to worry about...can anyone give me there experiences with urinary incontinence during pregnancy? I plan on calling my dr tomorrow to be sure but I’m really worried right now
