TMI leaking fluid

My husband and I were headed home from a cooke out with family anz I felt a leak of fluid and as soon and I got home I checked to see and it also has some blood in it.. I am only 29 weeks pregnant and I’m not sure what it could be? It’s for sure not urine and I have been having on and off contractions all day. What do you ladies think I should do?
