Need advise TMI

So for passed 4 days I had continuous back pain 2 days ago I started haven low back pain and shoot across my belly so I went to hospital and they said I was 1cm dilated to go home and wait until I got 4cm or my waters broke I went hope only hour later I had gush water with blood in it so I went straight back and they checked contractions baby heart rate which is all perfect and I’m glad but I’m getting more pains that radiate towards my hips and thighs shooting pains in my Vagina loads of tinted blood mucus like discharge and I feel as if baby has decreased in movement and I yet again rang them back and they told me I’m over reacting and should wait until my waters brake ? My mum and her sisters and my grandmother could not brake there own waters Which resulted in hospital doing it for them and I tried to explain that to them just incase I’m the same ? Personally I’m very upset that they won’t check baby over I’m very scared about baby moving less as-well I’m 37 weeks and 5 days and first time pregnant so I’m new to all this and just want resurgence , sorry for the long post I’m just worried about my baby and very emotional and I understand they are very very busy over the Covid-19 and trying keep people out hospital but they shouldn’t refuse to check a baby over for less movement
