Is the tenant within their rights?

Saw this argument on Reddit. 
Say you are a tenant of an apartment or home and the property owner or manager wants to do a home inspection before they renew your lease. They knock on your door and want to to enter your home without wearing a mask. Are you within your rights to say they cannot enter without a mask?
I said yes, because you are paying to live there. However, I saw a few people say no, it’s the owner’s property and he doesn’t have to wear a mask if he doesn’t want to. What do you think?

It’s the law in my state that everyone wear a mask, so the tenant would be well within their rights to request this. Also, in my state, landlords need to give 24hr notice before entering a property

So my landlord had to do an inspection because wherever he took out his loan needed one. I called the Housing Authority to ask about my rights. I 100% had to let them in because they gave me proper notification BUT I had every right to deny them entry if they didn’t wear a mask and they could not touch anything inside my house (unless they had gloves). I suggest people educate themselves to everyone who thinks the landlord shouldn’t wear a mask.

In that situation I would step outside while they did the inspection. Then when they’re keep the social distance and discuss if there’s anything that needs to be talked about.

I’m actually a landlord and it’s their property. You can’t refuse them entry to their own property. That’s grounds for eviction. No good landlord would do this tho

I’ve always been told it’s a 24 hour notice to enter and I would think that the tenant can require the landlord to wear a mask and refuse entry if he or she refuses to wear one. 
We’re in a global pandemic and the mask is to protect the health of others. You can clearly view what you need to view and thoroughly inspect with a mask on. 
I personally wouldn’t require a mask if I was given a 24 hour notice, but bet your ass I’ll deny you entry and demand you wear a mask if you try to pull some sly shit on me and not give me a 24 hour notice. 🙃

If they have the virus unbeknownst to them then basically they brought it to your home and basically you are circulating it around the whole time after they leave... I’m good don’t come inside please.
My old apartment complex only maintenance would enter the apartments and they would only do it for emergencies like AC and pluming only. If you didn’t have something that could immediately harm you and your family like broken wires, ceiling caving in etc they would not come. That’s fair

I work in property management. Mask or no mask, it is the property owner/manager’s right to enter with 24 hours notice.
