How early did you ladies get a heart beat and first ultrasound

Hi ladies! So I’ve been trying to conceive for a year now and just recently we were told my husband had a low sperm count! That same month about 2 weeks later i became pregnant ☺️. I’m only 4 weeks 5 days as of today! I won’t be able to go in for my first OB appointment until about 12 weeks. I can’t wait that long! I need to make sure there is a baby in the sac! And that baby has a heart beat so i can mentally move forward with planning! How early did you ladies get a ultrasound and a heart beat on baby? Do you think one of the elective ultrasound places will do a first ultrasound to confirm?
