Slight anxieties

Have any of you been infected with COVID during your pregnancy, if so how did you fight the infection and what steps did you take. Feel free to not answer if this makes you uncomfortable. I’m just a little worried about contracting the virus and debating on getting tested since I have a slight cough. Which isn’t out of the ordinary around this time of year except this is my first pregnancy.
