Blood when I blow my nose?

I haven’t had a real bloody nose, but every time I blow my nose there are always small red spots of blood. I blow my nose constantly because I’ve been congested ever since finding out I was pregnant.

My questions are:

1) Is it normal to have blood when I blow my nose?

2) When will I stop being so congested? I’m almost 14 weeks and it’s gotten slightly better over the last week, but I’m tired of having any congestion!
