H. pylori and miscarriages

Almost 3 years ago my husband had horrible stomach pains and he tested positive for h.pylori. He never took his medicine though (it's still sitting on the bathroom shelf). His symptoms come and go but like I said, he never took his meds. We started trying to conceive last year and so far I've had 3 miscarriages and I'm currently pregnant but I'm already having complications and I'm at risk for another miscarriage. Could my husband's h.pylori have anything to do with this you think?
