Anyone else not having a nursery for their baby? Tips for small space.

My husband is a migrant farmer and we move every 4-6 months. We don't live alone, we live with another married couple and their 2 year old. We just rent out a room. And its very small. I'm not traveling when I'm pregnant, I'm going to wait until after the baby is born. I have a b&g macaw so her cage takes up most the room.I only have a small room and don't have room for a crib or changing table or anything like that. The only thing I have room for is 1 small bassinet or swing or something. I need tips for organization. And what is the minimum I can get by without. I'm a ftm and don't really know the  necessities.

Cosleeper is my lifesaver in a tiny space! Baby can sleep in bed between you and your husband in a safe place!

As bassinet is good. The baby doesn't really need its own room until they're older. A changing table is definitely not necessary. You can just just a towel on the bed or floor. But all the baby clothes, diapers, and other supplies will be taking up a lot of space. Most people also want some kind of bouncer/rocker/swing for a baby too. Or some kind of play may. They need to be stimulated a such to learn.

buy a pack n play, it comes with a changing table and a sleeper part and the bottom can always be used for storage of babys stuff till she is bog enough for the bottom part, also its very portable and can be used until shes at least two

Could you fit storage boxes under the bed? That would be good for diapers etc and you can just slide in out when you need it!  I would say you shouldn't really have a bird cage in the room where baby sleeps as its not good for their wee lungs! X

We live in a large camper on my father in laws property in order to save money and don't have a nursery.  It's tight but not bad.  We got the portable baby lounge to go by lulyboo.  It's small and doesn't take up a lot of room.  We have no space for a large crib or anything.  We do however have a shed that we store items in for when we are not using them but want them close by.  It helps.

It's funny my husband & I live in a 3 bedroom place but aren't make a nursery since we're moving in March. (I'm due 12/31) so I got a "halo" bassinet & then repurposing this cloth shelving think you can buy to put in the closet for their clothes so you don't have to worry about drawers. Also you can look into those under bed containers for extras.
