Labor prep? What did you take to help prepare for labor?

don't hurt to do all the above i lived on my yoga ball and red raspberry tea help strengthening uterine muscles promotes￼￼￼ affective pushing witch as a ftm i only push for 20 minutes labor was 5 hours start to finish

Walking, yoga ball for at least 1 hour a day, just started red rasp leaf tea!

Red raspberry leaf tea, dates, and acupuncture. Dilated to 10cm in 8 hours. Not sure if any of it actually helped but I’m doing it all again this time!

I used evening primrose, inserted vaginally, and taken orally, and had raspberry leaf tea for like half my pregnancy (I really loved making it into iced tea lol) my labour was relatively easy/uncomplicated and 12 hours from first dull contraction to when she was born 😊 I also used the ball quite a bit the day my labour started, and it was nice during early labour at home. Who knows if any of this did anything haha but I will probably do it all the same whenever I have my next baby. Good luck mama! 💕
