Any post Ivf stories ?

I had twin boys first round of Ivf about 2.5 years ago due to hubbies low sperm. So we never thought it would happen on our own , but bam 2.5 years later I'm pregnant unexpectedly ! Did this happen to anyone with Ivf ?
