Top right bump pain

I am 25 weeks pregnant and I am tender in my upper right quadrant of my bump, below the ribs. This is my second, it’s not ligament pain, Braxton Hicks or cramps.... it also only really hurts when I put pressure on the area. It has a kind of tender like pain - not stabbing or sharp. Not really sure if I should be concerned with this or why I am getting it.

Any ideas? My next appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks....
