Did anyone have a subchorionic bleed?

My doctor told me I have this on my ultrasound but I haven’t spotted or bled at all yet this pregnancy. She said they will just need to recheck it and make sure it self resolves. I of course just googled it and now I’m concerned because it can cause miscarriage or other issues?? And I’m reading that you should be on pelvic rest and not lifting anything heavy? Does anyone else have any insight or if you had one did it just go away on its own?

I had one diagnosed during my first ultrasound. No recommendations from the doc, he even sat me down to tell me not to worry because that would probably do more damage through releasing stress hormones than the subchorionic hemorrhage itself. He explained that some bleeding could be normal as my body processed it and not to go into panic mode if it started - it wouldn’t necessarily mean a miscarriage. 
I’m so thankful to report that there was no bleeding, it resolved/absorbed on its own, and I’m currently rocking my now 3 month old son as I type this. 😊 
If you have concerns, call up the office and see if you can get any clarification or reassurance from your doctor. That’s what they’re there for. Good luck! ❤️
P.S. google can be the WORST at this point during pregnancy! After many upsetting googling sessions about various pregnancy-related topics, my husband actually told me if I wanted to look something up to tell him and he would read and sort through all the negativity and give me a synopsis. If you have anyone that can do that for you, do it!!

Nooo stay away from google!!!! Hahaha all of my pregnancies including the miscarriages I had it and it always went away on its own. 
Some times I was advised to just rest other times doctor mentioned nothing and I continued the gym and it still went away.

I had one. Spotted one day. Was never told to rest or do anything differently. At my 20 week scan, it was gone. Our daughter is now 3 months old.

I had a medium sized one that they found at 6 weeks and didn’t fully absorb until 20+ weeks. I never bled and I’m currently 35 weeks - all healthy!

Yes I had one I started bleeding (thought I was miscarrying) at 6 weeks. Luckily my blessing only lasted 1 day. Then turned pink & brown spotting from 6+3 weeks to 9 weeks it was completely gone. I was put on bed rest& pelvic rest. Im surprised your doc didn’t put you at least on pelvic rest. It definitely helped me currently 26 weeks pregnant

Yes I had one and was told to pelvic rest and now I’m 28 weeks. The hematoma was absorbed during first trimester
