Depends. Did you get caught? Is it on a company computer? They very well could fire you or at least give you some sort of discipline. Maybe don't do that lol.

If you arent using company time, company property or on their property, its HIGHLY unlikely. But many states are also at will states which means they can fire you for any reason. I personally wouldn't worry about it though. Tons of people watch porn. Ive never heard of someone being fired for it on their personal time and personal property/technology.
