Low heart rate at 6 weeks?

I went to the doctor as I was having some spotting, and wound up having an ultra sound. I’m measuring 6 weeks 2 days, and the babies heart rate is 101BPM. The doctor said that is borderline low, and seemed a little concerned.

The bleeding was a sub chronic hemorrhage & should go away on its own.

Has anyone had a low heart rate like that and everything be ok? Or is that not low? I don’t know what to think.

They are scheduling a follow up ultrasound in the next few days.
