No idea what’s wrong with me!

Hi guys! So I need some help.

I’m not sure what is going on. For the past year or so I’ve struggled with various bladder issues. Most commonly urethral pain that I mistook for a yeast infection, and then BV. Treated for both, didn’t help. Finally did an at home UTI test and it told me I had bacteria in my urine, so I rushed to urgent care and they put me on an antibiotic even though there was barely an infection. It helped temporarily, but then the pain came back. Definitely seems to worsen when I don’t drink a lot of water, sex, baths, ex.

Now it has also decided to show itself in the form of me having to pee constantly. After coffee or even sometimes water in large amounts, I’ll go 4-5 times an hour. My primary physician thinks I should see a urologist, but before I do I’m curious if anyone else has experienced anything like this, just to ease my mind a bit. I’ve heard of Interstitial Cystitis, but I don’t know enough about it to say whether or not I feel that’s the cause.
