I’m 18 and my breasts have always been big, the right way bigger and heavier than the left. I can feel 2 lumps, one about the size of a ping pong ball and the other more cylindrical. I am overweight so it could just be fatty tumors, but I’m just so tired of my breasts looking and feeling like this and have always wondered if I need to get this checked out. All of these pics are of the same breast. 
Breast cancer runs in my family. ￼please no body shaming, just worried about cancer lately What do y’all think? I have thin skin because of a chronic illness but this just feels ridiculous to be 18 and have varicose veins in my breast and the veins popping out everywhere.

I’d get it checked. They’ll most likely order an ultrasound first, as most establishments won’t expose you to unnecessary radiation through Mammogram. (I worked at a radiology company for 5 years)

Yes, I agree with the previous reply. An ultrasound will probably be best to start off with. If the radiologist sees something he/she is concerned about he may recommend further imaging or tests to be done. This could range from a mammogram, to mri to even a biopsy of the lump/cyst. I currently work at a radiology practice and this is where they would start for someone as young as you. But definitely, with your family history, you absolutely should get it checked out and go for regular checkups thereafter.
