Teasing/Chasing?

I have this friends with benefits w someone for abt two months now. We’ve been chatting everday but merely updating and stuff. But we havent fucked for a month now, i know. 🙄 But I’m confused cs he says he misses the sex, wants to do it sooner or later but he doesnt. I really dont know im confused. I missed the sex too but he keeps telling me will do it sooner. Frustrated.
