Pcos recipes
I was diagnosed with Pcos almost a week ago. It’s been hard for me to change the way I eat. I am obese and I’m used to eating whatever I want. I’ve completely blocked out all unhealthy food. However I find that I’m craving it more every day. Do any of you have any healthy chips/ cookies/ recipes that can help? All I eat is avocados with bread, oatmeal, boiled eggs, sometimes wings homemade in oven, brisket👀 I know that’s bad 😭, chicken and fish . Last night I went to bed hungry. And I find myself being very low on energy. I also started birth control two days ago so, that’s what’s going on. Anything will be greatly appreciated
