Hi im just wondering is this mucus or blood or something? Is this something i need to be concerned about? Not every bowel movement is like this but i have had alot like these where it has that cloud. I dont have abdominal pain. Sometimes just a gurgling/ gassy tummy. Theres no blood/mucus on toilet paper, just surrounds the poop.

I also bite my lip til it bleeds when im stressed, could this be blood im digesting from that?

I also ate beets a few days ago..could it be from that?
