Itchy

I have been itchy in my vag for a week and two days. I don’t think its an STD or yeast infection. Im only itchy. I don’t have foul smells or different discharge.

I haven’t changed anything in my diet or clothes or laundry detergent. What could it be? I also shaved to see if it was hair but im still itchy. It doesn’t burn either. 

Sometimes I’m not itchy if I go outside or focus on something.
