TTC after 1 depo shot

Hi so I’m TTC and I’ve been off the depo since early September 2020. That’s when it ended, and I have irregular periods since I was 14 because my mom put my on the arm implant. So I only got 1 depo shot, and me and my husband are TTC does any one have any ideas on how long you think it might take for me to regulate so we could possibly convince or know anything more about depo. I’m kind of just asking for help I guess because I don’t understand it all so much. Thank you !
