Lunch ideas

What are some easy lunch ideas that I can have pre made and ready to go?

My LO is with a nanny while I work and I want to have pre-prepped or very easy lunches that she can give her.

My kid loves meats and veggies, not the biggest fan of sandwiches, and HATES fruit. I feel bad with giving her nuggets and meatballs so often so I need some fresh ideas.

Also, do you switch up lunches all the time or do you tend to give the same 3 or 4 things throughout the week?
