Covid and pregnancy
The cdc posted today that pregnant women are at a greater risk of icu hospitalization and death. The rate of ending up in the icu is more then double then that of a non pregnant woman. My job is considered “high risk,” I work with special ed preschoolers where I am less then 6ft (most times even 1ft) away from the child. I can’t afford to be out of work however I am greatly worried about the safety of myself and my unborn child as well as my small child at home. Has anyone decided not to work due to this? Thank you! -Stressed mama
