So at 8 weeks I took a sneak peek blood test

And the blood test told me my baby is a boy.

Today I went to my 18 week cervix check (since I am high risk) and ultrasound.

Baby was uncooperative but from what they say, they said baby looks like they are developing girl parts instead of boy parts.

It is still unconfirmed and I won’t know until my 20 week scan for sure.

I know it sounds selfish and bratty but I was really upset when I heard baby may be a girl. Obviously the baby’s health is the most important.

But for the last 10 weeks I’ve been thinking my baby is a boy. I had already picked out a boy name and thinking of boy nursery themes.

No matter what, this baby will be loved and spoiled and adored. But I am feeling all over the place.
