C section pooch 9 months pp

So I’m currently 9 months pp from c section and my “pooch” is just awful. I feel so uncomfortable all the time. I weigh about 180 and I feel like I weigh more. My underwear keep rolling down and I’m seriously u comfortable all the time. I need advice on correct comfortable underwear. And also on what to do with this pooch. I eat pretty well but hate the way I feel about myself lately. Thank you mamas
